Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieve vehicle sales targets through prospecting, client visits, and field sales activities.
- Actively acquire and onboard new drivers/customers, especially within ride-hailing and mobility communities.
- Present vehicle features, EV technology benefits, and financing/rental schemes to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring strong customer experience and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecast, and provide market insights/feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably from automotive, leasing, banking, transportation, or mobility industries.
- Strong exposure to ride-hailing driver communities, fleet operators, or large-scale driver acquisition/onboarding is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong customer engagement ability.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia; willing to travel for field sales activities.
