Deskripsi Pekerjaan

What will you do:

- Mainly responsible for organizing and implementing the business plan of the B2C sales department

- Proposing strategies, sales policies, and competitive plans to achieve KPIs

- Organizing human resources, building sales capacity, training the sales team

- Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly activities, finding solutions to increase sales performance

- Grasping market and competitor information to adjust sales activities to suit the market

- ​​Responsible for reporting to the Sales Director

- Building a network of relationships

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in automotive, fleet management, leasing, banking, or transportation services).

- Strong network or prior exposure to fleet operators, taxi/transport cooperatives, or ride-hailing platforms is a plus.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

- Good command of English (verbal and written) or other local languages is an advantage.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
