Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and execution of customer growth and loyalty strategies to achieve targets for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Support the management and optimization of customer loyalty programs, including rewards, incentives, and engagement activities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of loyalty and growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Create, curate, and execute engaging program tailored to the community or Rekosistem's clients, including newsletters and education sessions.
- Facilitate communication and feedback with clients to gather insights and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure community feedback is integrated into business strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a B2C environment, focusing on customer loyalty, retention, and growth.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer.
