Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective solutions that address client challenges and improve their operational efficiency.
- Analyze P&L performance and collaborate with relevant divisions to maintain financial health and drive profitability.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, solution designs, project plans, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Experience in logistics, with a strong preference for those involved in solution design or operational improvement.
- Adaptive and open-minded, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to work effectively across functions and with clients
