Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s B2B sales channel, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and corporate accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development to secure deals.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the retail industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
