Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Achieving Sales Targets following the target set by Management
Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers
Responsible for performing full sales function, promoting and acquiring new sales, and growing sales from existing customers
Managing customer accounts, including forecast, planning, and executing sales initiatives, and building stronger business relationships
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Kualifikasi

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field
Have experience in sales in forwarding/logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industry for at least 3 years, advanced selling skills in B2B / Industrial Market
Must have a good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
Committed to find & develop our business through excellent clients approach and distinctive selling strategy
Good mentality and drive to work both, independently and in a team
Have a vehicle and driver's license
Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and mobile as needed
Can join ASAP
