Overview:
The B2B Academic Curriculum Senior Officer at Kobi Education plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and overseeing academic programs tailored to meet the needs of B2B clients, such as educational institutions, corporate partners, and government agencies. The position requires a deep understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and the educational landscape, particularly in the context of B2B partnerships. The officer will be responsible for curriculum development, content creation, program customization, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of academic solutions.
- Leading the development of multiple B2B academic programs simultaneously.
- Customizing curriculums to align with client requirements across various industries and sectors.
- Managing a team of curriculum developers and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Supporting business development through curriculum proposals and client interaction.

Kualifikasi
- Education:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Job Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in curriculum development, with a focus on B2B or corporate training programs
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of curriculum design principles, instructional strategies, and learning theories.
- Hard Skill: Proficiency in educational content creation, project management tools, and client communication.
- Soft Skill & Attitude: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, excellent communication, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
