1.Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Lead the design and oversight of end-to-end architecture for digital enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM, BPM, etc.).
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, business strategy, scalability, and performance goals.
- Drive modernization of legacy systems, cloud adoption, and integration with next-gen platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
2. Digital Product & Platform Design
- Provide architecture leadership across the lifecycle of enterprise digital products, ensuring interoperability and extensibility.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define architecture blueprints and delivery plans.
- Introduce design principles (e.g., domain-driven design, microservices, API-first, event-driven) to support modular, reusable solutions.
3. Technical Strategy and Governance
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technology assessments for new products, systems, or enhancements.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud-native development, and data governance.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite, business unit heads, and technical leaders on technology strategy and digital transformation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among business analysts, developers, data architects, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineering teams on architecture principles and technical solutions.
5. Vendor and Partner Management
- Evaluate and select enterprise application platforms and technology vendors.
- Manage relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and SaaS providers to ensure compliance and value delivery
Kualifikasi
- Must have work experience for 5+ years as Infrastructure or Solution Architect for digital enterprise product and solutions
- Proven expertise in architecting digital enterprise applications and platforms
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end product lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, build, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (e.g., banking, healthcare, telecom, retail, manufacturing) is highly desirable.
- Proven success in large, complex, multi-entity enterprise projects, involving cross-functional stakeholders and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF
- Strong command of microservices, event-driven architecture, API-first design, domain-driven design, and cloud-native development.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns architectures, API gateways, middleware
- Ability to align technology architecture with business vision, goals, and ROI.
- Stakeholder Communication, Comfortable interacting with CxOs, product leaders, and technical teams.
- Able to convey technical concepts in business terms.
