This is a full-time, on-site role for an AVP of Sales located in Jakarta. The AVP of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving business growth. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met.
- Acquisition new clients B2B or enterprise for all industry
- Lead and manage the business team and activities, encompassing business development and sales
- Develop and lead the company's business, sales, and marketing strategies, consolidate segmentation, targeting and go-to-market plans from all industry vertical segments and direct the execution of various marketing, business and sales activities
- Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Produce product definition and business requirements for our data platform products and analytics services for the Technology team
- Manage customer segmentation strategy and develop smart attribution modeling, ensuring the company reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of the marketing, business and sales plan and OKR across all aspects
- Develop strategic planning and high-level metrics related to ROI
- You will plan and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocate resources appropriately
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Actively partner up with strategic partners for user acquisition purposes
- Ability to troubleshoot and quickly address what does not work (and enhance what works)
- Utilize data and research at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their usage behaviors
- Close the deal with the client and contribute to the business team in driving revenue
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscape
Kualifikasi
- Proven track work experience as B2B Sales with for 10+ years in IT industry, system integrator, or Digital transformation company, with leadership/managerial level
- Demonstrable experience in strong networking with valuable (potential) clients within targeted market & industries
- Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Client Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of IT solutions and digital transformation
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans and roadmaps for all business development and sales client acquisition aspects (performance, dealing project in clients, product marketing, communication, analytics, partnership (partner relationship management)
- Business exposure in start-up, technology, system integrator company, or distributor (B2B enterprise)
- History of translating customer insights into marketing, business and sales strategies that drive revenues and grow customer value
- Understanding of a fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment, “roll up the sleeves” mindset and drive to accomplish what is necessary.
- Excellent leadership skills and strategic thinker. Certifications in project management or business analysis are a plus
