SejutaCita, the foundation of our ecosystem, is Indonesia’s largest youth empowerment platform and winner of Google Play’s Best App of 2021, reaching millions of students through leadership and global programs.
About the Role
You’ll drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution that shape how Indonesia’s leading HR and career platforms — KantorKu and Dealls — evolve. As AVP of Product, you’ll lead multiple product lines and squads, translating company vision into scalable, high-impact products used by millions of users and thousands of businesses.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business leaders to define priorities, launch new capabilities, and ensure every product shipped advances both user value and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple product verticals.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Designers to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to align product direction with company OKRs and long-term strategy.
- Define success metrics and ensure disciplined prioritization between user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
- Partner with engineering and data to drive product delivery excellence — from discovery to post-launch iterations.
- Anticipate market trends and customer needs, using data and insight to evolve product strategy.
- Champion a product culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years experience in product management, with at least 3 years in leadership or multi-squad management.
- Proven track record leading B2B SaaS or marketplace products from concept to scale.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and execution skills — can zoom out and dive deep.
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder alignment ability across engineering, business, and design.
- Data-driven mindset; fluent in defining and interpreting product metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Bonus Points
- Experience in HRIS, ATS, or fintech domains.
- Background in startup or hypergrowth environments.
- Strong product intuition balanced with operational discipline.
