About the Role

You’ll lead the entire commercial engine behind Dealls (ATS & recruitment solutions) and KantorKu (HRIS SaaS) — driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and developing scalable go-to-market strategies. As AVP of Sales & Commercial, you’ll manage Sales, Account Management, and key commercial initiatives, ensuring both acquisition and retention hit aggressive growth targets. This role requires a strategic operator who can design systems, lead teams, and close deals — someone who understands B2B SaaS motions, multi-product sales, and enterprise relationships.

Sales Leadership

  • Own revenue targets and build a predictable, scalable sales engine across both products.
  • Lead, coach, and scale teams across SDR, AE, and Account Management.
  • Define the sales playbook: ICP, segmentation, pitch, negotiation frameworks, and pricing strategy.
  • Drive outbound and inbound pipeline generation; improve funnel conversion across every stage.
  • Oversee enterprise deal cycles, negotiate with CHROs, CFOs, and senior decision-makers.

Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new features, modules, and segments.
  • Work with Product, Growth, and Marketing to refine messaging, reduce friction, and improve activation.
  • Own commercial forecasting, target setting, and sales operations.
  • Build dashboards and reporting processes to monitor revenue, performance, and pipeline health.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Oversee Account Management to ensure renewals, upsells, and expansion across the client base.
  • Align onboarding, training, and retention initiatives with product capabilities and client needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients to increase lifetime value.

Kualifikasi

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, commercial, or revenue roles.
  • Proven track record owning multimillion-dollar revenue numbers.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multi-layer sales organizations.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions (inbound, outbound, enterprise, channel).
  • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven operator; comfortable with dashboards, forecasting, and revenue modeling.
  • High ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in HR tech (HRIS, ATS, payroll, time attendance).
  • Background in building regional or multi-product sales organizations.
  • Strong network with HR leaders, business owners, and corporate decision-makers.
