What You Will Do:
- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports with findings and recommendations
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Prepare high-quality audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Reconcile financial statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Manage and organize calendar appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the executive
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Min 3–5 years of experience in auditing (internal or external), accounting, finance or a related role
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and calendar management tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and digital-first environment
- Critical thinking and independence
- Working towards a professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus
- Full WFO
