Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creating SOP for kitchen operations to ensure they run effectively and efficiently.
- Analyze and monitor kitchen business operational metrics to identify areas of potential waste, and developing solutions to address and resolve these issues.
- Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times.
- Analyzes daily and monthly results and implements corrective actions as necessary.
- Developing Astro Kitchen quality, and ensure the quality meets the standards.
- Ensuring the Astro Kitchen team meets the quality product and SLA.
- Creating manpower planning and measuring kitchen staff productivity.
- Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service.
- Ensure and set regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels.
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Kitchen Manager background in E-commerce or Modern trade.
- A track record of leading multi-disciplinary F&B teams to deliver new product introduction on time and within budget.
- Having a strong business acumen and customer service-oriented.
- Highly motivated with the "never-give-up" and growth mindset.
- Highly willingness to learn and quickly adapt in a face paced environment.
- Have great attention to detail, are able to identify bottlenecks.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong in problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills and presentation skills
- Data driven individual with ability to analyze and synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights.
