We are looking for a talented Associate Social Media Manager: Content to join our Brand Marketing team and drive Bumame’s social media growth through strong content strategy, cultural relevance, and consistent brand storytelling.

Position Overview:
The Associate Social Media Manager: Content will act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for Bumame’s social media channels and content direction. This role is instrumental in reviving and strengthening Bumame’s brand presence on social media, making it one of Bumame’s primary touchpoints for brand recall, trust-building, and long-term product adoption.
This role serves as the main strategic partner to the Brand Marketing Manager in shaping social media campaigns, defining content pillars, and growing Bumame’s social media accounts organically. In the early phase, this role may also handle KOL and community-related initiatives until a dedicated team is fully in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all social media activities support Bumame’s positioning as an elevated, credible preventive healthcare brand.
- Act as the go-to person for brainstorming and developing major social media campaigns and content narratives for Bumame.
- Translate brand and business objectives into clear, platform-native social media strategies.
- Lead social media thinking for brand moments, launches, and long-term initiatives.
- Own Bumame’s primary content pillars and editorial planning across all social media platforms.
- Develop and manage the yearly social media content plan, broken down into quarterly and monthly editorial calendars. Create distinctive, consistent content frameworks and series that are uniquely “Bumame.”
- Draw inspiration from best-in-class lifestyle and media brands while maintaining medical credibility.
- Take full responsibility for organic social media account growth (followers, reach, engagement quality).
- Continuously optimize content formats, cadence, hooks, and storytelling based on performance data
- Stay ahead of social media trends, content formats, and algorithm changes, adapt and filter relevant trends into content that fits Bumame’s tone, brand image, and healthcare credibility.
- Ensure KOL and community initiatives align with Bumame’s brand values and long-term positioning.
- Work & communicate clearly with Brand Marketing, Creative, KOL/Community, Activations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand marketing.
- Proven experience in growing brand or company social media accounts organically, with clear track records in followers, engagement, and reach.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Deep understanding of trending content strategies and formats.
- Strong analytical ability to determine the right content types and formats for different objectives.
- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Iconosquare, or similar platforms.
- Experience in wellness, lifestyle, healthcare, or modern education-driven brands is a strong plus.
- Experience handling KOL and community marketing is highly preferred.
- High sense of ownership; self-driven, able to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments and adapting to change.
- Confident decision-maker with strong leadership presence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and inspire a team.
