Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Project Planning and Execution: Planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring all project objectives and deliverables are met using project management software
- Timeline and Budget Management: Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Resource Allocation: Support the allocation and management of project resources to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining a risk log and developing contingency plans using risk management software.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through digital communication tools to provide updates and gather feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in project involvement, demonstrating active participation and contribution to project outcomes.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
