What You Will Do:
- Support end-to-end project execution under the guidance of a Project Manager
- Begins to take ownership in leading small to medium discussions or workstreams and able to handle basic project challenges with guidance
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams
- Communicates clearly with team members and stakeholders & coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and task completion
- Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and project tracking
- Identify project risks/issues and escalate proactively with proposed solutions
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting summaries
- Maintain accurate updates in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, etc.)
- Support project meetings and ensure follow-ups are executed
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination / project support / junior PM role
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Full WFO at Wisma 46, Jakarta Pusat
