We’re hiring an Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, documentation, and delivery of internal technology projects. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of project coordination or project management experience, especially in a digital product, software development, or IT project environment.
This role is expected to help keep project execution organized, ensure project updates are clearly tracked, support communication between teams, and assist the Project Manager in making sure projects move forward smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and organize project tasks, timelines, and follow-ups to support smooth project execution.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities across development, QA, product, and business teams.
- Track project progress, task status, blockers, and updates using Jira or other project management tools.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including meeting notes, system flows, user stories, process documents, and project updates.
- Help translate business or user needs into clear task requirements for the development and QA teams.
- Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, and testing needs are clearly understood.
- Support QA and UAT processes by helping validate flows, identify bugs, document issues, and follow up on fixes.
- Monitor deadlines and remind relevant team members to ensure project tasks stay on track.
- Prepare regular project updates or progress reports for internal stakeholders.
- Help identify project risks, blockers, or misalignment early and escalate them to the Project Manager when needed.
- Support administrative project needs, including scheduling, documentation filing, task tracking, and follow-up communication.
- Contribute to improving project workflows, documentation standards, and team coordination processes.
- Learn and grow into a more independent project management role by taking stronger ownership over smaller project scopes over time.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, project support, IT project support, product operations, or similar roles.
- Basic understanding of project workflows, task tracking, timeline follow-up, and team coordination.
- Experience working with Development, QA, Product, or technical teams is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Good communication skills, especially in asking clarifying questions, following up on progress, and sharing updates clearly.
- Comfortable working with documentation, meeting notes, task lists, and project status updates.
- Able to work with guidance while still showing initiative and ownership in daily tasks.
- Proactive in flagging blockers, unclear requirements, or delays to the Project Manager.
- Comfortable supporting both coordination and administrative project needs.
- Basic understanding of software development, digital products, or system implementation process is a plus.
Bonus Points If:
- Experience with teaching and mentoring.
- Experience as a Developer or done a project, particularly using: HTML, JS, PHP or similar
- Or experiences using a framework like: Code Igniter, or Laravel
