Praktis is an end to end supply chain startup, focused on helping brands on their competencies, with reliable technology and a data powered platform for seamless business operation. Praktis started with a mission to help Indonesian micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) grow into a national and even international player, by helping manage their business operations through digitization and collaboration.

- Research, analyze, define product features.
- Monitor, maintain, and evaluate ongoing product and features.
- Participate in discovery sessions. Write the specs of new features.
- Support in creating Product Required Document (PRD), wireframes and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to make things happen.
- Work with Designer, Product Manager, and Engineer to conduct user testing and deliver the product.
Kualifikasi
- 1+ year experience as Associate Product Management.
- Fresh graduate or final year student with Product Management internship experience are welcome.
- Min bachelor degree in science or engineering-related fields.
- Knowledge in documentation and design tools is preferable (e.g. Jira, Figma, Notion, etc.).
- Able to set your own targets and always curious to learn something new.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong interest in a dynamic product management role. You care about the users.
- Detail oriented, passionate in data-driven product development and has excellent analytical skills.
