Responsibilities:
- Work closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in managing enterprise-scale projects from discovery to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support product scalability, security, and compliance.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Monitor key performance metrics to measure and drive product success.
- Support the development and maintenance of a robust product roadmap aligned with enterprise needs.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and improve competitive positioning.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in product management, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Leadership: Ability to guide teams, drive initiatives, and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration and communication skills to align with engineering, sales, customer success and enterprise clients.
- Problem-Solving: Empathy for customer challenges with the ability to align solutions to business goals.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of API integrations, scalability, and analytics.
- Product Roadmap: Interest in planning and prioritizing aligned with business goals.
- Growth Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, and eager to grow in product management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research abilities to identify opportunities and leverage analytics to define goals and measure product value.

SimpliDOTS is a cloud-based SaaS distribution management system for distributors to automate their sales force and simplify their distribution business SimpliDOTS established in 2017 by Jowan Kosasih, Hendy Sumanto and Ginanjar Nugroho. The SimpliDOTS application was originally built for Jowan’s family distribution business. Since then, there are a lot of demand for this application from other clients who are mostly in FMCG distribution business. SimpliDOTS was launched at the same year and has won several startup competition with a lot of exposure to media in Indonesia and globally.
