1. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, acting as a trusted advisor.

2. Own and drive sales/revenue growth for key beauty brands/seller by developing tailored e-commerce strategies.

3. Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions based on data-driven insights.

4. Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion, retention) to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to enhance brand performance, while driving innovation and shaping competitive advantage

Kualifikasi

1. >4 years of experience in e-commerce, key account management, esp. in FMCG/beauty category management.

2. Strong analytical skills (data-driven decission).

3. Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing strategic brand initiatives.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a passion for beauty and e-commerce.
