Main Responsibilities :

• Managing general administrative and correspondence duties with internal and external parties, including courier service (DHL, Grab, ect)
• Managing and coordinate travel arrangement (flight ticket, hotels, VISA, etc)
• Administrator service and communication related with building management, maintanance, and parking
• Meet and greet client or visitors.
•  Assist the employee in their duties when conduction conference, seminar, or meeting. This includes but not limited making travel, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
• Plan, coordinate and organize various events.
• Managing employee's internal claim reimbursement
