- Responsible for the employee development process, both operational and non-operational by formulating learning modules, according to organizational needs. Carrying out internal and external training processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor (S1) degree
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position
- Commitment to the golf industry and a passion for golf
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf – BSD (Tangerang Selatan) & PIK (Jakarta Utara)
