- Support Sales Director in integrating sales strategy with financing solutions
- Develop auto loan products (traditional, balloon payment, Rent-to-Own, bundled packages)
- Coordinate with banks, insurance partners, and dealerships
- Analyze sales & financing performance
- Support sales team in financial structuring
Kualifikasi
- Min. 5 years experience managing loan products in a bank
- Strong understanding of automotive financing & credit process
- Strong analytical & negotiation skills
- Automotive exposure is a plus
