Assistant to Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

  • Build verification strategy and risk strategy for KYB Merchant Offline.
  • Review and evaluate with Shenzhen Team & Indonesia related team for KYB Merchant Offline onboarding strategy.
  • Brainstorm ideas and purpose effective onboarding merchant verification process that allign with internal risk policy.
  • Involved in Sales Agents hiring process with attention on risk management.
  • Investigate onboarding merchant that suspicious on doing fraud.
  • Attention on maintaining the sustainability of verification strategy and risk strategy on merchant offline as well as way on improving it.
  • Monitoring, review, and evaluate KYB Team achievement as well the development of each teammate towards work attitude and career development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a must and capable of translating Mandarin into Bahasa, both verbal and written.
  • Preferably has working experience in Financial Services or Banking.
  • Able to manage a team.
  • Able to communicate with both internal and external parties.
