Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and oversee overall business performance within the assigned region.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets in financing products
- Monitor area managers’ performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Manage profitability (P&L), portfolio quality, and customer acquisition in the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, dealers, and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financing/consumer lending with at least 3 years in regional leadership.
- Strong leadership, people management, and business acumen.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with proven track record in achieving sales and portfolio growth.
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and financial regulations.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Target-driven with good motivational and coaching skills.
- Familiarity with financing products and credit processes is a must.
- Will be placed in Surabaya
