Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
2. TCO Analysis: Conduct comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses to evaluate the long-term costs associated with operasional expenditures, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
3. Internal Controls and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
4. Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes, ensuring the provision of necessary documentation and explanations
5. Task Management: Efficiently handle ad hoc assignments from the CEO and various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to address urgent needs and support strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, in a managerial capacity. Experience in a startup environment or big 4 is advantageous.
2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in financial modeling and TCO analysis.
3. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS), and tax laws.Startup
4. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, with strong interpersonal skills.
