- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business strategy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and tax filings.
- Support financial analysis for investment and expansion decisions.
- Assist in cash flow management and liquidity planning.
This role will primarily operate during standard business hours but may require flexibility to accommodate communication with teams in different time zones (e.g., Singapore, US, UK).
Kualifikasi
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
- Experience working in MCN, listed company or larger organization, ideally with regional or group-level responsibilities will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., Dynamics 365 and Xero).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, Singapore tax regimes, and financial operations.
Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
This is a remote role (Indonesia-based). However, a hybrid working arrangement based in Medan is preferred.
