The Assistant Director (Fresh Graduate) is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Director and senior management in achieving the company's strategic objectives. They will be involved in various key projects, ensuring seamless coordination across different departments, and learning from day-to-day experiences in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with the Director and executive team in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
  2. Administrative Management: Oversee administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining organizational documents.
  3. Project Management: Lead and oversee key projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within the allocated budget.
  4. Financial Management: Support in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize financial performance.
  5. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to departmental teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  6. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  7. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Postgraduate degree is a plus.
  2. Previous work experience is not required, but internship experience or relevant part-time work experience will be considered an advantage.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  8. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
  2. Willingness to travel occasionally for business-related purposes.

Reporting Structure:

The Assistant Director (Fresh Graduate) reports directly to the Director of the company and collaborates closely with other members of the senior management team.
