Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Support planning and execution of brand and marketing campaigns with clear impact on sales.
Coordinate integrated campaigns including product launches, promotions, influencer/KOL activations, and offline initiatives.
Work closely with sales, creative, digital, and product teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
Conduct beauty market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
Min. 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong understanding of sales-driven campaigns and commercial objectives.
Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Able to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Good communication skills, organized, proactive, and passionate about beauty and branding.
