- Develop plans and strategies in asset management (planning, operation & maintenance, disposal) to maximize long term value and utilization of company asset.
- Develop system / process / policies of asset management cycle and evaluate the performance to improve effectivity and efficiency of the activities.
- Develop inventory management plans and strategies for maintaining and tracking company assets and minimizing asset loss.
- Conduct regular asset valuations and provide advice on buy, hold, or sell strategies to support company in asset buying value.
- Manage security and safety of assets by ensuring the availability asset insurance and asset compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes.
- Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve the operational of asset management.
- Nurturing continuous improvement and innovation from the evaluation of the asset management cycle and guiding the change to create better results.
- Ensure process of asset management based on existing standard operational procedure (SOP) and maintain service level agreement to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee and ensure completion of all fulfillment and maintenance for assets needed by the company to support company operations.
- Ensure that the company's budget-related facility and asset management are used effectively, and efficiently.
- Responsible for manpower planning and its development (coaching, mentoring, counseling) as well as conducting periodic reviews to manage the team’s performances.
- Become a role model in implementing corporate culture and creating a collaborative & synergistic teamwork culture across functions.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related major
- Min. 5 Years in Asset Management and Facility Management
- Solid Knowledge about Asset Management, and having certification in asset management will be a plus point.
