Job Description
- Report to the Asset Controller Lead to manage CAPEX planning, asset planning, and utilization for hubs and fulfillment/processing centers.
- Prepare annual and monthly CAPEX budgets, monitoring spend vs plan.
- Review reporting dashboards for asset lifecycle, ROI, and depreciation tracking.
- Partner with Operations and Finance to evaluate new CAPEX requests.
- Support continuous improvement in asset utilization and cost efficiency.
- This role may be assigned to one of our operational units (Hub, Fulfillment, or Central Processing) depending on business needs.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of CAPEX vs OPEX.
- Experience with budgeting, reporting, or asset management preferred.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong Excel/analytical tool proficiency.
- Ability to communicate insights to both finance and operations stakeholders.
