The People Shared Services Intern will support administrative operations related to IT Infrastructure and Asset Management, emphasizing honesty in maintaining reliable asset records. You will bring empathy to the role as you assist with asset allocation and tracking, ensuring a positive experience for team members. With agility, you will ensure data accuracy in internal systems and coordinate with PX and IT teams to maintain smooth, efficient operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do (Responsibilities)
- Support administrative tasks related to IT Infrastructure and Asset Management with high integrity and honesty.
- Assist in tracking, recording, and updating company asset inventory (laptops, peripherals, etc.) to ensure data transparency.
- Manage asset allocation and retrieval processes for employees (onboarding & offboarding) with an empathy approach to support their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports related to asset utilization and inventory status.
- Demonstrate agility by coordinating with PX and IT teams to ensure smooth operational processes and timely follow-ups.
- Support documentation and filing of asset-related records and policies.
- Handle general administrative duties such as data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset management.
Kualifikasi
What capabilities you'll need (Requirements)
- Recent graduate from a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- High level of honesty and responsibility in handling company data and maintaining confidentiality.
- Empathy and good communication skills to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven agility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Basic understanding of asset management or IT support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Able to handle data accurately and proactively address operational challenges.
