- Minimum education: Associate degree in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in pastry or bakery
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organizing and leadership skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- High initiative and strong communication skills
- Having knowledge about food safety and hygiene
Kualifikasi
- Create new Asian fusion or authentic dessert menu (Chinese, Japanese, Thai)
- Manage inventory of ingredients, equipment and supplies while minimizing waste and controlling costs
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
