Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for live streaming projects based on client briefs, campaign objectives, and brand goals.
- Translate concepts into cohesive visual experiences across set design (digital or physical), host appearance, wardrobe, props, and on-screen visual elements.
- Think beyond aesthetics by creating visuals that strengthen brand presence, capture attention, and enhance the live shopping experience.
- Stay curious about design trends, live commerce, and evolving consumer behavior to keep creative ideas fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, project officers, talent coordinators, and production teams to ensure creative ideas are executed as intended.
- Take initiative to improve creative workflows, explore better ways of working, and contribute ideas that help the team grow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a visual creative role, such as Creative Designer, Junior Art Director, or similar.
- Experience in live commerce or live streaming is a strong plus.
- Strong sense of design with the ability to create visually engaging experiences that support audience engagement and brand goals.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and work well with cross-functional teams.
