Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are appropriate
- Working from a brief with a strategist, copywriter and social media, generating ideas to present to the client
- Working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign
- Editing the final results for presentation to the client
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications
- 2 - 4 years' of digital or advertising experience
- Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
- Breadth of style and design capability
