Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- You don't just manage. You energize, organize, and make things happen
- Ensure graphic & video requirements of the editorial group and other art departments are made as planned
- Create creative ideas, concepts art, social media mood, pitching ideas, logos, and printing designs
- Be responsible for managing the visual brand of every clients
- Concepting the visual to be more attractive and high-quality content
- Produce creative and engaging visuals that are relevant to the brand identity and target audience
- Working together with the marketing department to create inspiring design work and video content
- Performs other duties that may be assigned
Kualifikasi
- Have at least 2+ years experience turning vision into impact as a creative team lead in a creative agency or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Sharp eye for turning concepts into stunning visual stories, driven by aesthetic
- Have great communication skills, proactive, creative, and innovative
- A scroll-stopping portfolio filled with social content, campaigns, and narrative-driven design
- Team builder and feedback translator
- Master of juggling ideas, deadlines, and deliverables without dropping the spark
- Idea-hungry, and always chasing the next "Aha!" moment
