Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and oversee visual concepts for integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Lead the creative team (designers, photographers, illustrators) to execute high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters to ensure cohesive storytelling across visual and written content.
- Present ideas, concepts, and final executions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
