- Lead and manage the creative team in Tabanan, Bali, as a full-time on-site Art Director.
- Drive innovation by conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for our brand.
- Oversee project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across diverse platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Solid experience in art direction, creative direction, branding and designing graphics and layouts, preferably in a strategic consulting or agency environment
- Proficient in using graphic design tools and software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
- Experience leading and mentoring a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Showcase a strong portfolio of successful design projects that demonstrate creativity, versatility, and a keen understanding of branding
