Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target.
Monitors and motivates sales team member.
Building strong relationships with principal.
Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

Kualifikasi

Minimum High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 3 years of total experience as Area Sales Supervisor in retail, accessories, gadget, electronic industry.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target.
Have SIM A / SIM C.
Able to join ASAP.
