Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly goals.
- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in sales management.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
- Eager to achieve sales target (++ Commission & Bonus)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify innovative solutions to drive performance.
- Ability to travel within the assigned stores (Jakarta only)
