- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and analyze periodic sales reports for management.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the Sales Team to maximize performance and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader, Branch Manager, or Regional Sales Manager in the capital market sector or relevant industry.
- Able to develop realistic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of investment and capital markets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
