Area Sales Development Specialist (Contract Base)

Job Description

  • Mencapai target rekrut agen dan bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan agen-agen tersebut
  • Mengembangkan program penjualan untuk meningkatkan bisnis di area
  • Mendampingi semua agen di area untuk peningkatan penjualan agen
  • Membuat laporan forecast dan pencapaian penjualan bulanan, mingguan, dan harian
  • Membuat strategi pada area yang dihandle untuk mencapai target penjualan
  • Melaksanakan pelatihan, acara, dan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas agen bekerja sama dengan Training team
  • Melakukan kunjungan rutin kepada agen dan sosialisasi program yang berjalan
  • Membuat acara bersama agen untuk menghasilkan agen baru dan meningkatkan penjualan agen

Requirements

  • Pendidikan Minimal D3
  • Mampu merekrut dan mengembangkan agen
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai sales executive minimal 1 tahun
  • Memiliki pengalaman dibidang penjualan langsung dan asuransi (menjadi nilai tambah)
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan presentasi, dan analisa yang kuat
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dan memecahkan masalah secara efektif
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office (terutama Excel)
  • Mampu belajar dengan cepat dan terbiasa bertemu dengan orang baru
  • Memiliki sifat tanggung jawab, jujur, dan disiplin
  • Mampu bekerja secara individual ataupun team
  • Siap ditempatkan dimanapun pada area operational Migo
