Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Memastikan seluruh kegiatan operasional di setiap Outlet berjalan sesuai dengan SOP
Bertanggung jawab terhadap operational di setiap Outlet sesuai dengan area masing-masing
Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke seluruh Outlet wilayah kerja
Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target sales per Outlet sesuai area
Membuat laporan performance outlet Daily, weekly dan monthly

Kualifikasi

Berpengalaman sebagai SPV/Outlet Manager di industri F&B selama 1 tahun
Menguasai Ms. Office
Mau dan mampu handle area (lebih dari 4 Outlet)
Terbiasa dengan tugas operasional kitchen/outlet
Terbiasa dengan pembukaan outlet baru
Familiar dengan perijinan dan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal
Familiar dengan pekerjaan maintenance di Outlet
Mampu bekerja sebagai leader dalam tim
Terbiasa melakukan coaching dan briefing
Memiliki SIM C
