We are currently seeking an accomplished and results-driven Area Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Area Manager, you will oversee the successful management of multiple Food and Beverage outlets within your designated region. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional operational efficiency, outstanding customer experiences, and sustainable business growth.

Lead and mentor a team of outlet crews, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all outlets, including inventory management, staffing, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, increase revenue, and meet performance targets.
Analyze financial data and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotional activities and capitalize on market opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the market.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Will be in-charge in East Jakarta and Bekasi area.

Kualifikasi

Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar managerial role in the Food and Beverage industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve objectives.
Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets to drive profitability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with teams and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Adaptability and resilience in managing a diverse portfolio of outlets.
Available to join as soon as possible.
