Responsibilities :

Responsible for planning, design development and implementation of new outlet projects.
Responsible for ensuring the project runs according to schedule and budget.
Coordinate and manage fit out projects from start to finish.
Ensure that projects meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Propose building and material specifications.

Kualifikasi

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
At least min 5 years of experience in designing food and beverage facilities
Able to create functional, efficient and attractive spaces.
Able to use AutoCAD and sketchUP to produce accurate and detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimate.
