About the Role
At PT Young Indonesia Pratama, we are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our architectural team and drive the creative vision for our projects. As Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to project delivery. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company’s architectural direction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and lead the creative direction for all architectural projects, from concept design to construction.
- Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure design intent is achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and oversee project execution to ensure compliance with drawings, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, building materials, and technologies in architecture, and incorporate them into projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining design excellence.
Kualifikasi
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Architecture (S1).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a architectural role, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of leading and managing design teams, with excellent mentorship and people management skills.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative and practical design solutions.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present design proposals to clients.
- Thorough understanding of building regulations, construction methods, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
