Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee the engineering team.
- Drive the team forward by being objective and supportive, as well as raising the bar continuously by striving for the great delivery and code quality.
- Manage and execute against projects and delivery commitments.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate with the business and product teams to achieve company goals and growth.
- Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency server-end applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance application
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Responsible for mentoring and development team of engineers to grow a high-performance engineering organization.
Kualifikasi
- Experience on large-scale and high-traffic projects - either Frontend (React JS), Backend (Java Springboot) or Mobile (ReactNative) development experiences.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in Microservices Architecture.
