Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Record and maintain the AP, ensuring all invoices and payments are recorded promptly and correctly
Record and monitor inventory to ensure the accurate assignment of costs to inventory, including the purchase price, freight costs, and any other associated costs
Analyze variances between actual inventory costs and standard costs
Ensure all AP and inventory accounts are fully reconciled as part of the month-end and year-end closing processes
Involve and act as in-charge from Accounting Department for yearly stock opnam

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree in Accounting or related fields
Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting/Account Payables/Inventory control
Skilled in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in costing (cost of goods sold, cost analysis, and cost reporting) is preferred, which able to record, analyze, and reconcile inventory data accurately.
Experience with maintain accurate transaction records in AP books.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
