Role Summary: You will assist the HR department in managing and optimizing our compensation and benefits programs. This role involves heavy data analysis and market research to ensure our offerings remain competitive and equitable. Responsibilities: Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs; Conduct market benchmarking and participate in salary surveys; Assist in job evaluation processes and salary structure maintenance; Utilize HRIS platforms to manage employee data and generate reports; Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights; Collaborate with the team on various HR projects and initiatives; Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and data privacy.
