Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate effective Alumni Engagement and Communication program implementation
- Supervise effective operational and financial activities in related areas
- Coordinate, maintain, update, and monitor various processes and data related to alumni activities & events and Alumni Relations Office (i.e., alumni database, partner database, website, alumni card & membership)
- Ensure effective promotion and communication activities to enhance engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field
- At least 4 years of working experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork ability
- Proven experience in coordinating event management activities
- Strong data analysis skills
- Willing to work onsite in West Jakarta
